Emily was simply a horse crazy girl! From the time she was very young she rode ponies and collected Breyer horses. She was a pony clubber and began eventing at the age of 10 on her beloved pony Coopertone. She competed several horses as she grew older. She loved jumping, dressage and foxhunting. She became very good at horse management. She was happiest not only on the back of a horse, but simply caring for a horse. She was a beautiful rider who also knew that hard work was important. Our hope is that her spirit and love for horses will live through this scholarship.
